2019 BMW 6 Series Coupe design and arrival date

BMW is constantly on the move, creating new and exciting models for drivers to enjoy, so it’s no surprise that one of our favorite German automakers has future plans for one of its most popular models. Recently the brand rendered a new 6 Series model, set to arrive within the next few years. The 2019 BMW 6 Series Coupe design and arrival date is in the works, and we’ve heard a bit of detail through the grapevine.
2019 BMW 6 Series design details
For quite awhile now, it has been rumored that the newest 6 Series Coupe will offer a new, sleek design. The ever-popular 4 Series Coupe was part of the inspiration for the new 6 Series model, borrowing its longer roofline to the vehicle. As part of the new look, the front grilles are turned upward, differentiating the 2019 6 Series from many other BMW models. The front headlights also offer a thinner, more angled look, which are partnered by larger taillights. The model is also expected to shed a few (hundred) pounds. About 440 pounds will come off of the vehicle, which should benefit it in the area of efficiency. BMw’s xDrive will be a part of the new 6 Series’ makeup, allowing it to fare on many terrains and battle several types of weather.

2019 BMW 6 Series arrival date
The 2019 6 Series model won’t be released for quite some time, but that doesn’t mean that rumors surrounding a release date haven’t surfaced. It’s expected that the new model will arrive in 2018; however, details on the month have yet to appear.
