Parade of Lights in Fort Worth, TX

Every year, Fort Worth hosts one of DFW’s most popular light shows to kick off the holidays! The Fort Worth Parade of Lights takes place in Sundance Square, and offers a variety of shopping, dining and a full-length parade for those who attend. 2015 Turkey Trot in Dallas, TX

Annually, on Thanksgiving Day, Dallas hosts one of the largest Turkey Trots in the nation. This year, the YMCA Turkey Trot is in its 48th year, and will offer a 5K and 8-mile option. Thanks-Giving Square in Dallas, TX

While Thanks-giving Square isn’t necessarily an event, it is a great place in Dallas to go and express gratitude. The landmark is housed in the heart of downtown Dallas, in a quaint, yet beautiful chapel (with one of the coolest ceilings you’ll ever see)!
