New Jaguar E-Pace crossover release date
Jaguar is no stranger to making waves in the auto world, especially when it comes to developing and releasing exciting, new vehicles. The Jaguar F-Pace has been the talk of the town recently, as the model has been revealed. Now, there are rumors of another crossover that might join the F-Pace; however, this one will be all-electric. With the electric vehicle (EV) segment getting more popular, it only seems appropriate that one of the market’s most admirable brands would try to keep ahead of the curve. Jaguar E-Pace specs
If the model is produced, the Jaguar E-Pace will be the brand’s first all-electric model. While the model would probably be smaller than the F-Pace, that wouldn’t mean it would see a massive power cut from its engine (maybe just a small one). The exterior of the model would most likely be extremely aerodynamic to ensure that it would be efficient. It’s competitors would most 
definitely be the Tesla Model X, as well as the rumored Audi E-Tron. It has also been whispered that the new E-Pace wouldn’t be produced directly by Jaguar Land Rover, but by Magna Steyr (a company in Austria that builds vehicles for the likes of Mercedes-Benz and more).
Jaguar E-Pace release date
Since this is only a rumor (neither confirmed nor denied by Jaguar), there isn’t a totally solid release date for the model yet. Although, if the rumors are true, the brand won’t want to wait a terribly long time to release the model, as it is the F-Pace’s sibling. Since the F-Pace is scheduled for a release in mid-2016, we should see the E-Pace follow it soon after. Of course, this is just speculation- we might have to wait a bit longer to see the all-electric Jag come to life.
