New BMW Z5 design and engine options

There aren’t a large amount of details on the new BMW Z5, but as we stated, there are some. As far as the design of the model goes, it will offer a soft-top. This could be beneficial to the performance of the model too, as it would reduce the weight of the BMW significantly. So far, we know that the Z5 will offer a rear-wheel-drive platform (perfect for performing), along with some fairly powerful engines. It’s expected that the Z5 will offer a choice between four- and six-cylinder engines. The rest is to be determined, but we’re certainly excited to finally see the model!

BMW Z5 expected debut

Obviously, we’ll have to wait a while to see the final, drivable version of the BMW Z5. While that may be the case, we may be able to catch a glimpse of the model at some of next year’s auto shows. This hasn’t been confirmed or denied yet, but judging by what has been seen of the model so far, it could possible be ready!
